Data Analysis

This course will introduce data analysis and its applications to media and communication research and social science more broadly. Topics will include data measurement and description, the fundamentals of hypothesis testing, and basic inferential statistics.

This course explores the complex and dynamic relationships among advertising, consumers, and brands. The primary focus is on discovering how to design and conduct advertising research that can provide the foundation for a successful integrated marketing campaign.
